Chef Beau’s Klean Kitchen is 100% gluten free, dairy free, and half of our meals are plant based. All meats are pasture-raised and certified humane, and all seafood is either wild-caught or open-water farmed. We use Lactose free cheese from sheep and goats and our baked goods are made with brown rice and sorghum flours.
